Why is the height of the faux tree received inconsistent?
The faux tree will be broken down into sections for shipping to ensure safety. Once received, simply splice the branches and make minor adjustments according to the instructions to restore the desired height.
Why do the branches look less full than in the pictures?
Our trees are shipped in separate pieces, and the branches and leaves can be adjusted to your preference. The photos were taken after careful adjustments to achieve the full look, and with some minor adjustments after unpacking, your tree will look just as full.
What should I do if my tree is damaged during shipping?
We take shipping safety seriously. If your tree is damaged during delivery, please contact us at info@realeadnatural.com with photos of the damage, and we will arrange for a replacement.
